This notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect data through the FinanciarMe Analytics plugin installed on WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify sites (“Services”). It also details your rights regarding your data.


1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account & Billing Data: your email, business name, and payment details (if you choose a paid plan).

  • Support Interactions: communications you share via email or support chat.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage Metrics: order counts, aggregated revenue, marketing channel attribution, conversion rates.

  • System Metadata: IP ranges, timestamps, plugin version, store platform (Shopify or WooCommerce).

NOTE: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII)—no customer names, emails, products, or personally sensitive data.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use this information to:

  • Provide and improve analytics services.

  • Send notifications, updates, and billing communications.

  • Offer technical support or respond to account inquiries.

Any non-public account information you provide is treated as confidential.


3. HOW AND WHY WE SHARE DATA

3.1 Service Providers and Vendors

We may share your data with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics tools), but only to:

  • Deliver and maintain our plugin.

  • Process payments.

Your data may be stored and processed outside the EU or UK (e.g., in cloud servers hosted globally). We will ensure transfers are protected through mechanisms like standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.


5. DATA RETENTION

  • We keep billing data for at least seven years to comply with tax obligations.

  • Aggregated analytics data is retained while your subscription is active.

  • Support communications are retained until resolved, and then archived per legal requirements.


6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the following rights:

  • Access your data.

  • Correct or update inaccuracies.

  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).

We may update this Privacy Notice. Substantive changes will be communicated via email or the plugin dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance.
